Viewing of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
Draft Application
Muskingum County and City of Zanesville is eligible for funding under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) through the Ohio Department of Development/Office of Housing and Community Partnerships. The purpose of this program is to provide funds to improve neighborhoods by purchasing and redeveloping abandoned and foreclosed properties and demolishing blighted structures. A draft version of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program application will be available in the Muskingum County Housing Development Office and City of Zanesville Community Development Office beginning on February 12, 2009 for citizens to review and provide comments to the local public authority. The application is due to the state on February 27, 2009.

Housing office is located on the ground floor of the Courthouse with the
